1. General

• Graffiti 902 Apparel reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms before making a purchase.

2. Products

• All products are custom printed apparel, including DTF-printed T-shirts.

• Slight variations in color, design placement, or sizing may occur due to the nature of production.

3. Pricing

• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Graffiti 902 Apparel reserves the right to update prices at any time.

4. Payment

• Payment is accepted via Email Money Transfer (EMT).

• Customers must include their Order Number in the transfer message.

• Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

• Unpaid orders may be canceled after 24 hours.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

• Graffiti 902 Apparel is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for verification.

• Approved replacements will be shipped after verification.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, artwork, and designs are property of Graffiti 902 Apparel.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Graffiti 902 Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the province of Nova Scotia.
